Parking is available right at the Vineyard. Volunteers will be assigning cars to locations.  We encourage car pooling.

You may pick up your bib on Sunday at Westport Rivers Vineyard from 1 pm to 2:45 pm.  Please plan on arriving at least ONE HOUR before your race start as lines start to form as the race approaches.

Every runner needs to show a license when picking up their race bib.  When picking up a bib for a friend, you will need a signed note from the runner as well as a copy of their ID.

For this unique race, we are providing custom wine glasses for our finishers in place of medals.  Every participant will receive a shirt. 

Yes, we will have an awards ceremony at approximately 4:30 pm.  Our 1st place age group winners will receive a bottle of wine from Westport Vineyards.

Our apologies but dogs are not allowed on the course. 

No, the terrain is very uneven, and the trail is narrow in spots.  No strollers or children will be permitted on the race course. 

All runners will start at 3pm, dinner and wine tastings will be served until 5:30pm, so you are welcome to walk and finish the course anytime between those timeframes.

Yes, we will have one water stop that can be accessed twice, between mile 1 and 1.5.

No, if you cross the finish line twice, the slower time will be recorded. 

This is an over-21 event.  An ID will be required when picking up your registration materials. 

Yes!  Individuals can refer 3 friends using their unique referral code and receive $15 back.  Or, for larger groups of 10 or more, each member of the group will receive $5 to $15 in refunds, depending on the size of the group.  Sign up on the same team for the refund to automatically be applied when thresholds are reached.  

Yes, we will have porta-potties at the start and finish. 

They are allowed but discouraged.  This is trail run, and the ground can be uneven and tricky. We recommend leaving the earphones home.
